Was created to support local industry by housing Wharton County Junior College and South Texas Project (STP). This 80,000 square foot facility, formerly an abandoned community retail facility, encompasses a classical arch façade inlaid with concentric circles. This focused entry and the visible skylight projecting behind hints at the magnitude of the interior lobby beyond.
